Melanie DuPuis, PhD, co-authored an article titled “Food Supply Chain Shocks and the Pivot Toward Local: Lessons from the Global Pandemic” in Frontiers in Sustainable Food Systems, exploring the ways in which local food systems responded to the supply chain shocks of the pandemic.
