Dr. Colleen C. Myles, Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography at Texas State University, will lead a seminar on fermentation, examining the excitement, unrest, and agitation evident across shifting physical environmental and socio-cultural landscapes, especially as related to the production, distribution, and consumption of fermented products.

This event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be provided.
